CALGARY FRINGE VACCINATION POLICY

Board members, staff, and volunteers who engage “in-person” with one another and with the public will be required to be fully vaccinated (double-dose) against COVID-19.  Valid medical exemptions may be granted on a case-by-case bases for the following:

• Severe allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in the vaccinations or upon receiving the first dose; and,

• Increased risk or negative impact for those suffering underlying heart conditions.

For those exempt individuals, masks must be worn at all times when participating at, or engaging in, any live Calgary Fringe events.

Live performing artists will be required to be fully vaccinated (double-dose) against COVID-19. No exceptions.

Anyone wishing to host billet any out of town Fringe artists will be required to be fully vaccinated (double-dose) against COVID-19. No exceptions.

All patrons will be pre-screened for COVID-19 symptoms at the venues prior to attending any live in-person events.

This vaccination policy will remain in-force until such a time that COVID-19 is no longer a public health crisis as determined by the regulatory health authorities.
